Terms of service

The website

• Vertura Digital is a Vertura Group company. Content on this site is general information.
• Published prices and scopes describe the listed small-business services. A page here is not a signed contract.
• Billing, scope, and timing are confirmed in writing before work starts.
• We may update pages, prices, and these terms. The version on the site is the current one.
• Work already confirmed in writing keeps the terms of that confirmation.

Published services

• Website Design — $99 one-time. Template-based, 1–5 pages, mobile-responsive, basic contact form. Hosting is separate.
• Social Media Management — $99/month. Up to 30 posts total across up to 3 platforms, including content, captions, images, short AI reels where appropriate, and scheduling.
• Managed Website Hosting — $30/month. Hosting, ongoing maintenance, and up to 3 small website updates per month.
• Google Business Profile Setup — $99 one-time.
• Google Business Profile Management — $49/month.

Enterprise and custom work

Larger businesses, multi-location brands, and projects outside the published scopes are quoted individually. See enterprise options. A quote is an offer only after we send it in writing, and it is not final until you accept it. There is no published flat enterprise rate because the scope changes.

What we do not guarantee

• Search rankings, leads, sales, follower growth, or reach.
• Removal, hiding, or editing of reviews. Google decides what stays on a profile.
• That Google will verify, approve, or reinstate a Business Profile.
• That the $99 template site will fit every business. Custom work is quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

• You provide accurate business details, access, and approvals we need to do the work.
• You confirm you have the right to use the text, logos, and photos you send us.
• You are responsible for claims and offers in content you approve for your business.

Finished work

After the agreed fee for a completed item is paid, you may use the finished website pages or scheduled posts for your business. Your name, logo, and the content you supplied stay yours. Template layouts and methods we reuse across clients stay ours. We will not present Vertura Group brand pages as client work.

Payment and changes

• Small-business prices on the site are the published rates for the scopes described.
• One-time services are billed once. Monthly services are billed monthly unless a written quote says otherwise.
• Extra pages, extra posts, redesigns, and other scope changes are quoted before we do them.
• If you need to pause or stop a monthly service, email us. The end date is the date we confirm in writing. This page does not set a cancellation penalty.
• Any refund is stated in the written confirmation for that job. This page does not promise one.

Using this website

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or send unlawful content by email. See the privacy policy for how messages are handled.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Vertura Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for results these terms say we do not guarantee. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. These terms do not choose a court. If a written confirmation names governing terms for a job, that confirmation controls for that job.
