Who we are

Vertura Digital is a Vertura Group company. The site is digital.verturagroup.net. Privacy questions go to info@verturagroup.com or (931) 771-2735. We work remotely nationwide.

Information you send us

• If you email us, you choose what to include, such as your name, email, phone, business name, and message.
• There is no form on this website. Messages come to us by email at info@verturagroup.com.
• We use what you send to answer you and, if you hire us, to do the work you asked for.
• We do not ask for payment card numbers through this website. Billing is confirmed separately before work starts.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not offer customer accounts or a login on this website.
• We do not use this site to build advertising profiles of visitors.

Technical data

Like most websites, the host may process ordinary connection data — such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested — so the site can load and stay secure. We do not use that data to market to you.

Cookies

This marketing site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. If we later add a tool that does, such as an embedded map, we will update this page.

How long we keep messages

Email you send is kept as long as we need it to reply, deliver an active service, or meet ordinary business record needs. You can ask us to delete a message we do not need for an active service or a legal reason.

Sharing

We do not share your information so other companies can market to you. We may share details with a provider only when that is required to deliver something you asked for, such as a host for a website we build, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

Email info@verturagroup.com to ask what we have from you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it when we are not required to keep it. You can stop writing to us at any time. An active service still follows the scope confirmed in writing.

Children

These services are for businesses. This site is not directed at children.

Changes

If the way we handle information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
